I would highly suggest getting 205/60 r13 tires. This size is wider, lower and puts more tread on the ground. I have tried to oversteer out of some really fast corners, and the thing just wont break traction like the old tires did, even when new. I've noticed overall improvement in both stability and braking, in addition to handling. There is no substitute for more rubber on the road. The size has no offset problems, and they look great cuz they fill out the wheel wells better. The car ends up about 1/4 in. lower and the NOMINAL sacrafice in road ride is far outweighed by the handling benefits. Try it! I'll never go back to 175's.... Bimmer Boy
