I'd venture to guess that it's pretty similar to a 2002. The only difference I can think of is you'll have to deal with wires that go to the power mirror, but that's not a huge problem. The 02's and the 320i's hood and fenders mount up the same way, so it shouldn't be a huge deal. hope this helps!
