I understand my car to be a real "is" and the air dam is not colour matched to the body, but for the record I have yet to see one that looks like mine, it is massive, with my car lowered it sit a few inches off the ground.
My car also has a strange fixture in the plate area that i have never seen on another BMW 320is. It has a red translucent plastic cover, where there is normally a black one under the plate frame that reads "BMW 320i" in black lettering. Has anyone seen this on another 320? It is similar, as I mentioned, to the plastic on the back of a Honda CRX that reads, simply, CRX.
