I replaced the oxygen sensor about 2 years and 15,000 miles ago and now the warning light has come on. Shouldn't these things last longer than that? No noticeable difference in performance: Should I just reset it and forget it?

There is a switch in line on your speedo cable that turns that light on every 30,000 miles. The 320 was produced in the early days of oxygen sensors and the engineers figured 30K was about all they would last, so they put the switch in there to remind you. I wouldn't bother replacing it unless you have some sort of drivability, fuel milage or emmisions problems.
