There is a hair grabbing, teeth gnashing, ear pulling....clatter in the engine of my 81 320i. Not very loud but annoying .... sounds like a clatter........ I know very little about cars and I do not want to get shafted when i take it to my mechanic. Does any of you folks have any suggestions on why there is the noise? Timing chain possibly?????
