BMW are conducting some research with their customers about servicing and warrantees. They want to talk to owners of BMW’s with models that are no more than 4 years old.

They are holding two focus groups (discussion groups) on: Wednesday 22nd November 2000
6.45pm and 8.30pm
in a location in Central London near to Baker St.

The discussion lasts one and a half hours and they pay you £40 for your time.

This is market research conducted by Ipsos Insight, a large organisation based in Harrow. BMW would very much appreciate your feedback.
