Time to give this one to someone who can give it the TLC it deserves. This 79 has 124,000 miles, and runs well. I've done quite a bit of work to this one, including new plugs, wires, fuel pump, and interior. The black vinyl interior is the kind you wish would always be in a junkyard, supple, soft, and with one tear. The car has a 3.91 LSD, and a 4spd. Overall, I would rate the car as rebuildable to fair. The biggest problem is that someone has removed the thermal reactor and replaced it with a later model exhaust manifold, so the car will not pass a visual smog inspection (as far as I know.) I know that the car will pass CA smog, because the previous owner had it done, the smog place just did not know about the reactor. A good project car, and it is registered till 2001, so it can be used as transportation if neccesary. $500 or best offer. If you're interested, shoot me an email, or call at (530)-792-7019.
