Control Arm bushes (archive)

I've got a sporty little E21, 15" wheels, blah blah...

I think my control arm bushes are toast.

Should I pull them off and press in new adjustable ones from TEP? Just replace them with new?

What's EASIEST? Do the bushes need to be pressed in?

Can I make some on my lathe with the appropriate materials?
On a related note, where can I buy Delrin rod?
