David,

My Haynes manual for the '75-'83 320i 4-cyl models shows 325-362 lb/ft (or 450-500 Nm) for the final drive flange retaining nut.

I have not done mine yet, so no words of wisdom to offer.

Good luck,

Gabe

I decided to change my rear wheel bearings, and I've misplaced my haynes manual. Could anyone help me and let me know what the torque settings should be for the rear hub nut? TIA, I've got an 83 320is

thanks again

david sie
