I've heard that the company are located in both GB & Germany. Most of the Baur E21 in Hong Kong were imported from GB. What the compamy did was they bought the car directly from BMW Germany & converted it to Baur & then export as new.
Go to the link below & try to go through the "aftermarket companies". I think I've crossed couple of companies that sell the canvas top & parts for your car.
