I own an 81 323i with a 3sp automatic...has anyone out there swapped the three speed to a four speed automatic from a later 3 series...TIA


Do you really want to changed to a 4 automatic one ??? Why not a manual gear box (4 or 5)?? That's real fun !!! :-))))
I think you just have to change the fly wheel... and nothing else, except the gear box of cause !!!
