Suspension?????? (archive)

I have an 83 320is that is due for a new suspension.
I was gonna go with the Boges but decided that Bilstein are much better. I'm not sure if the springs need to be replaced, I'm assuming they are fatigued after 17 years.
I am an occassionaly agressive driver, meaning everytime my 320is comes out of the garage as opposed to my 320i, I drive it like a race car.
This is what I need help with:
should I put the Heavy duty or sport bilsteins
should I buy stock springs or try Eibach or Bavarian Autosport springs. What is the best combo??
