How much can u pay for a new 330i? (archive)

Hi,
I am planning to buy a 2001 330i sedan
the MSRP - 40,680
and Invoice - 36,530
and the dealer is going as low as 39,459 (3% on MSRP)

Do u think I shud bargain for less or is this a good deal?
If so, how low do u think I can ask?
Does it depend on which state I am buying the car in? If so, I am trying to buy it in Bellevue/Seattle ,Washington
