A little trick I learned with valve covers on a chevy...
...presumably, the lip of the pan is bent just enough to make the gasket useless, even when tightened down. what you need to do is verify this by placing the pan on a flat surface (like a garage floor) and seeing if you can see a gap. If so, a few slight slight taps with a rubber mallet will straighten it out. Kinda risky business, I know, but my chevy leaked oil from about a billion other places anyway, so anything was an improvement. Turned out it worked in this case. You can also try that blue RTV stuff, which can work sometimes, but more often seems to only temporarily fix the problem. Hope this helps.
