I just did this conversion. Braking performance is noticeably better, and feels more balanced front-to-rear. Plus I never have to mess with those damn rear adjusters again! No pictures though.

It is very straightforward, but time-consuming. I was rebuilding my struts all around, so this rear conversion was done at the same time. Whole project took me two days (outdoors in the New Years Eve snowstorm), not including the time I had to "clean up" the donor 323 rear trailing arms:

If you find a donor set, spend the extra time and dollars to check the following:

caliper piston seals (rebuild kits are about $15 per side)

sway arm bushing (urethane replacements are $65)

emergency brake components (hard to find)

emergency brake cables

Since I am a little bit compulsive, I replaced all brake lines with Stainless, bought new rear rotors ($30 each), new pads ($26), and cleaned the hell out of everything. Reassembly was very straightforward, and I feel confident that future service will not require any busted knuckles or cursing to free up rusted bolts, etc.

Do someone do this conversion and post pics and details on the web?
