I would say i hour tops for the exhaust manifold gasket. Water pump sould be no longer than 2 hours, heater blower 2 hours. These parts are all easily accessable in the engine compartment. look in the yellow pages for a reputable BMW repair shop and avoid the dealer for this kind of work. Post what city you are in and maybe someone has experience with a good mechanic there.
