hey hey all, hows everyone...
well i have a 1978 320i and it is an automatic. i wnat to swap out the auto for a manual and was wondering what parts are needed specifically to get for this conversion. and i mean everything if anyone can list it. for example what to get at the junkyard or what to get as new or etc... plus what years can fit in the 78 (like which year is better compared to other years) i want a 5 speed especilly if it can fit.

also is there a website that shows how to do this.

i live in the san diego area is there a place where i can go to get some help if it arises. basicly i need all the help because i'd rather have a manual tranny
