Below in the link is a great page that should help you a lot, it shows step-by-step the conversion on a 2002. Basically you will need the 5-speed transmission, driveshaft, 3.91 differential, pedal box, and a few more things. The differential is not absolutely necessary but you will loose 0-60 if you keep the 3.64 diff.
