Is it difficult to remove the intake maifold on a 4 cyl 320i? Do i need any special tools in order to do this? it looks like a bitch to get this thing off but i have to take it off in order to reach some vaccum hoses that have ripped.

I had the same problem and it is a pain to get the intake off & back on while feeding the hoses, injection lines and electical lines back into the right place. My local repair guy was going to charge me $380 for time new hoses and gaskets. I did it myself and wish I had 4 hands!
