What's a parts car 323i worth ? (archive)

Saw this euro E21 323i that I'm thinking of making an offer. It's truly a parts car...rust on rockers & windows, hadn't been running for the last year or so, interior trashed, surface rust on motor and fuel distributor, rusted out exhausts, flats on 13" alloys, rusted rear calipers, no sign that it's operational... but has euro bumpers(which is about the only thing that is of interest to me).

What have any of you paid for something like this? What is an enticing price to throw out ?
