Thanks for the info. It was exactly what I was looking for. I don't have a 320, but I know they're easy to find, I just never really considered one with 4cylinder engine. I heard in Bimmer that alot of welding had to be done to swap a 6. But since I saw that 323 I knew I was on to something. The motor and/or tranny is probably bad, would they be worth pulling? I wouldn't mind rebuilding the motor. Could I just take the subframe, and would that enable a e30 small six (325i)? I can get the motor/trans for about $150, bumpers about $20 each, and exhaust $20-30 complete. Again thanks for the help.

Aaron

YES YES YES,
and again YES ,it will fit in your 320 very easily if you also grab the front subframe(crossmember).
Dont forget to get the rear trailing arms with
disc brakes for ultimate braking.
Or sell some of the euro parts to offset the cost of the motor.
If you do the swap keep the 320 rear diff for a better accelerating car. Maybe get a L/S from a
320"is".

HTH,
Teaguer
