Make sure the timing belt hasn't skipped. If it hasn't, see if you are getting power to the fuel pump. If not, check the fuse and the relay. If so, and the pump isn't running, try tapping on it with a big screwdriver handle. If this doesn't get it going, you'll have to replace it. You can find out if the engine is going to run by removing the boot from the throttle body and spraying a shot of starting fluid into the manifold. Reconnect the boot and crank. If it starts for a few seconds, you probably have at least ballpark compression/spark/timing. If the fuel distributor/airflow meter is gummed up, you can remove it and clean it up with carb cleaner.
