You'll have to get all the screws in the arm rest and the one under the plastic of the window crank(Just peel the plastic and rotate it). After that it should just be pulling it up. Just did it to my car to install some power doors.

How would I remove the driver inside door panel. I got a dent and i need to bang it out a little?

and hidden screws ect?
