Josh,

Easy one, retain your rods, and use the pistons from a 2.0 liter engine, and use any 2.0 liter crankshaft made after 1972. These are forged, fully counterweighted and have the 8 bolt flywheel flange. Some pistons from the e12 head will work and offer higher compression if you don't shave the head, although flame propagation is not the best. Retain your lighter flywheel.
