Thanks Mario! Makes me feel better that that gap is supposed to be there.

Are you saying to connect the control arm to the sway bar, then to the sub frame, then last connect to the spindle? (all the above with the sway bar disconnected where it mounts to the frame)

If your sway bar end bushing is new, there will be a space between the washer and the control arm. Sometimes it helps to release the front of the sway bar at the end of the frame rail. Connect it to the strut last.
