Like everything it depends on how competent you are.
After my car is jacked up I can have mine out in like 30min.
But I've had it in and out like about a dozen times.

The guibo will take a little time if you dont have the right 17mm wrench to hold the nuts in place while you ratchet the bolts.
The center support bearing shield has 2 13mm nuts so its simple.
The rear will take a little time due to space limitations.
It only has 3 bolts though , 13mm too I think, maybe 12mm.
Also the first thing you have to do is drop the exhaust to make room for the driveshaft to hang.

When you put in the new one dont forget to pre-load the center support bearing.
