If it has been sitting or you suffer from salted roads in the winter...you need calipers man! Pull the front wheels, pop off the tin caliper cover by first removing one pad pin, then try to pry each pad back away from the rotor...betcha can't! I had the same problem last spring...only after driving for about 20-30 minutes.
