How do I get to the 3 overhead bulbs in the instrument cluster area. The middle one works and the right and left dont.

You'll have to pull the whole cluster out to get at them, but it's not to difficult. Remove the steering wheel and the fiberboard cover under the steering column. To the left of the column there will be a small thumb nut that holds the cluter into the dash. Remove the nut and the cluster will pull out in one piece. The bulbs you want to change will be in sockets on the underside of the dashpad.
