The 325i head has bigger ports. You have to machine your inlet-manifold.
I prefer the K-Jetronic (CIS) because the engine feels more aggressive than a Motronic-engine.
Some little changes on the K-Jetronic and you can gain some more horses. There is no need of electronics and chips.
