I think the best way to tint the signals red is to use a glass staining paint, costs only $10. I did it to mine and it looks totally stock. I'll post the brand of paint as well as the pics shortly.

I always wanted the look of some cars with just red turn signals. what i did it took the rear lenses off and had the yellow part where the blinks were paints to match the color of my car(white) then moved the turn signal bulbs over to the empty slot. Then now no more yellow and the rear look alot better. if you want to see what it looks like just let me know.
