Coolant bypass for intake .. Teaguer... (archive)

This one's for you mostly, Teaguer.

So there's an inlet and outlet for the small coolant line that hits the intake. Can I just cap both ends or would it be better to run a bypass line the keep the flow? Does the line really make a difference?
