NEW euro bumpers can be bought from the folks at Maximillian Importers. I think they sell for over $700 USD.

Used ones in good condition, when available, go for $350-$450. I have NEVER seen used ones (complete set, good chrome, unbent) in decent condition go for $200 or less.
