The ends of it will go up under the black bellows. You will have to trim the material on the bellows away to allow the spoiler to slide behind it. (on the bottom)

Shouldn't be a very big deal, done properly, no one will know the diffrence.

for my 81 320i, form Maximillan Importing Inc. I still got US bumpers. WIll there be a problem mouting the spoiler?
