What mods do you have? (archive)

I'm in the process of saving up to get new Ronal LS mags for my e21. However, I'm always in the mood to do some minor modifications to my car that are cheap and easy and make it look better in anyway.

I'd like to know what you guys have done to your e21's that were cheap, easy and make you so glad that you did. You know, the little things. Wondering what can be done cosmetically. Basically I'm bored of so little posts this past while and like to hear from as many people as possible.

Here's what I've done/got:

Front Kamei spoiler: Free, my boss gave it to me
Dual amps and speakers: Free, my boss gave me that too
New Sony deck: Free, insurance claim
10' Bazooka tube: Free, brother took it out his 633csi
Scroth(?) four point sealt belt: free, brother again

Cheap Changes
Cut the shifter: Thanks Teaguer!
Sprayed the tailights red: got that idea from Tallent!
Painted the tow hook red
Removed the front bumper
Lowered it an inch and a half or so with sport shocks
Installed keyless entry/alarm

Love to do engine mods next.
