Thanks for the advise. Being new to E21's, where can I find the Sunroof drains?

If you look behind the kick panel speaker grill you will see a black plastic (?) tube.
This drains below the car .
The best way to clean them that I've found is to blow them ouy with compressed air.

But in my experience its most likely your windshield gasket.
Water can seep between the car and gasket , or under the lock strip.
Damn that water !

Take your time and you'll find where its coming in .
