I've had the bavauto coverlay on my dash for two years. It comes with all kinds of sanding and glue instructions, but all I did was plunk it down. Looks great, and no one can tell. Well worth it, IMO.

Sorry these pics are a little small. Look closely and you'll be able to make out the dash.
