I saw it on a 320i in the junkyard. It's your basic 4 tube design, with a couple of minor irritations.

1) The header pipes are not on a single flange, but on seperate ones. This must make fitting it a real bitch.

2) There is no coating or anything on the header, it's just painted black. The example I saw was completely rusted out.

3) Not such a huge deal, but using this header completely negates smog legality, if you have to worry about that (us CA guys do to an extreme)

If you can get some of that bake on coating..."jet hot" I think it's called, then it would probably be worth it, but I wouldn't use it as is. The bavauto one comes with coating already on it, though it more than twice as much.
