Have your wheels checked for trueness. Most quickie tire shops don't pay close attention to them when they mount or balance tires, or they'll compensate for an out-of-true condition by adding weights, so even if they've been balanced recently they still might not be quite right. E21's seem to be a lot more sensitive to wheel trueness and balance than most other cars.
