1. Check your harzard switch connector. If the connections is loose on that connector, you get erratic blinking on your turn signals.

2. Check the connections behind your console for looseness. If connections are loose, your signals will blink even though your dash does not confirm.

Either way, I believe it is a loose connection and nothing to do with car cold or warm.

My turn signals are freaking out, and I'm looking for suggestions as to where to start. Here's the problem:

Most of the time everything is fine. But occassionally when I actuate the arm, the external signals will flash, but the light on the dash will not (got out of the car to see if they were working). Just recently not only will the dash light not come on, but the signals are going at a much higher cadence than normal (I haven't been able to see if the external flashers are actually working under this condition because it's only happened on the road). Next thing you know, everything is back to normal. It seems to happen when the car is warm, not cold. That's about the only consistency.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
