Lowered the rear. Now Help on front (archive)

I installed the rear lowering springs this week. Now the front I have time for. I really need some help with this. I read all the postings but could someone help? lots of instructions would help.

like. do I have to taker the strut-shock out like the rear/.....can i just use a jack to hold the front a frame. and what about the sway bar?
