I have a 79 320i with 87,000 miles and almost from the beginning I can feel a slight bucking when I am driving at 2200 to 2500 RPMs. Nothing is there at idle all new tune up parts, timing is dead on and there is no feeling of this at higher RPMs or acceleration. Could it be fuel injectors or the throttle plate? Any suggestions would be great. Thank you

I'm in the same boat with my 'new' '77. I've replaced all tune-up related items (cap, rotor, plugs, wires, etc) and still have a minor hesitation from about 2200 - 2800 revs. I'm going to take a wild shot and add a better engine ground strap as this solved a similar hesitation problem that was common on 3rd gen Mazda Rx7's...

YMMV,
Keith
