What you see below is the sum of over 2 years of causing serious aggravation to my wife by jumping on opportunities to upgrade my beloved 74 2002. However, in late April I had the opportunity to purchase Milton's Skreemer,a fully sorted S14 (e30 m3 powerplant) powered 74 tii. So, all these mechanicals, being either specific to the M10 or made redundant by features of my new purchase, are now available to you.
I am one of those guys that goes all out when he buys something. I can't stand spending money on 2nd best, even if it is signifigantly less expensive. Most, if not all, of these parts are the very best part available for that particular application. Some of these parts are brand new. Some of them have been on my car for an extremely short amount of time during which they were dialed in but never driven. Some of them have seen limited duty (not more than 5000 miles) on my car when it was rolling. Others of them were purchased used. I've tried to be as clear as I can about the status of each of the packages.
As such, I've bundled the stuff into packages that make each deal a bolt-on-and-go affair. I'd prefer not to split these. If you really want one item out of a bundle, talk to me, but I am going to rank that below interest in the whole package.
I've also tried to fair about the pricing, while protecting my own backside. Stuff that is new or like new is at a higher percentage of retail. I believe that the worth of these packages is generous. However, I also know that most 02 pilots are in the same shoes I have been in: cutting corners elsewhere to further benefit their mistresses. The corollary of that is that I need desperately to make as much of this back as is possible in order to keep my wife from murdering me when the new car arrives.
So, if you have issues with my pricing, and If you are a roadfly.com/bimmer.org board regular, I mean really one of the family, AND ARE BUYING FOR YOUR OWN USE, talk to me. I will listen to you and I will do my best to work with you. Package deals are certainly feasable. If you are buying for resale, well, I'm not so inclined to bargain. I respect and admire the guys that provide parts to the 02 community on a regular basis, but that really isn't something that I am trying to subsidize with this particular fire sale. On this subject, obviously, if you make me a farfetched offer, I'm going to be sit on it awhile and see if something better comes along. So if you absolutely gotta have it, well...
I cannot accept payments over time, but I can accept PAYPAL. This means that you can use your credit card to pay for this stuff. In fact, that is going to be my preferred mode of payment here. You and I both know that too many checks get stuck in the "good intentions" phase. PayPal protects us both: there is a record of the transaction, and if there is a dispute over anything, there are ways to address it. Rather than pay a premium to put the paypal icon here on the page, once we have a deal struck you can simply send the paypal payment to my email address. I don't want people sending money without talking to me first anyway.
All shipping is from Charleston, SC. You will pay actual shipping costs. In most cases I have boxes and packing material, so your shipping costs will be limited to postage. In cases where packing material is necessary, that is also on your nickel but I will obviously be as frugal as is wise. Driving down to pick up stuff is highly encouraged. Charleston is a really cool city.
I hope we can make each other happy here. This is some GREAT stuff. I want it to go to the good people in the 02 community. I really don't want to end up sending this stuff to ebay somewhere down the line.
Pictures of the stuff will go up this week as I have the time. But most of this stuff, if you are interested in it, you already know what it looks like. I will update this site continually as stuff is sold. I work at a computer, and will respond to all email I recieve, so if you haven't heard back from me within 6 hours of emailing me, something is wrong.
Thanks
Corey Turner
