What is the procedure in taking off the back bumper anway? Do you take of the bolts that hold the bumper shocks to the chrome first? Looks like getting access to the shock bolts are a pain in the neck.
My front bumper is off. I will be putting on my iS spoiler then figure out what next.

Here's the middle stage of my plan for bumpers. No, not euro bumpers. I used (except for a little black tape as a temporary coverup) all stock pieces from the original bumpers - bolts, etc. It took a little drilling her and there but here's what I have:
FRONT:
Front bumper gone along with the shocks. Lights relocated to cover shock holes. Black tape as a temporary cover until I refit the rubber from the front bumper.

REAR:
This is the tricky part. I inverted the curved rubber pice and re-attached it upside down. Then I took the rear rubber part of the bumper and put it in. I hammered the frame ends flat and bent the bolt holder up to add some support to the rubber. A little black tape helps to blend it in to the fender well (for now). It still needs some hack and slash but here's what we have so far:
