As you know Doug, I am in Houston so my 320 does have a fan shroud. I have had it on and off and I can tell you it runs MUCH cooler with it on especially if you are running the A/C and who wouldn't. I also had my mechanic put on a 71 degree thermostat and it runs cool as ice now.

Did the e21 come w/ a fan shroud ? My 323 doesn't have one, and I don't ever remember seeing any pics of a 323 coming from the factory w/ one.

Anyone have any ideas on how I can install a fan shroud onto the radiator?
