upgrading the stereo in a 2001 3 series (archive)

I have a 2001 325Xi without the harmon kardon stereo. I am looking for information on upgrading to the harmon kardon as far as if the BMW dealer will do it, if so how much it costs, and what all is changed out...if they dont what would the best method be as far as upgrading the stereo in it...Paul
