I have used 195-50x15 for the last 16 years, prior to that I used the original 185-70x13 and the 195-60x14. Six months ago, I changed it to the 205-50x15 which gives more accurate speedo reading. You should not have problem with the clearance if the offset is correct regardless of what kind of suspension kits you used. Try stay away using spacers unless you know what you are doing. I don't know what is the original wheel offset requirement? But the offset on my Centra type 6 (6x15) is 12mm. My $0.02 opinion, good luck!
