Did the e21 come w/ a fan shroud ? My 323 doesn't have one, and I don't ever remember seeing any pics of a 323 coming from the factory w/ one.

Anyone have any ideas on how I can install a fan shroud onto the radiator?

Yeah, i put one on my 83.
Did not change the fan, it rubbed a little when
the car hit a good bump.
The shroud can be bought from BMW.
You might want to file the ends of the fan blades down a little, or just wait till it does it itself.
