Haynes is written in England therefore a Jubilee clip is a hose clamp like you would use on a radiator hose. But, I don't have these on my 81's injectors. To me it looks like if you turn the hex head with a wrench you will probably uncompress an o-ring which then you can pull out the injector. Thats just my theory I could be wrong.

Trying to remove Fuel Injectors so as to remove
cylinder head on 80 320i.

Manual says to "remove jubilee clips and lever screwdriver
against rocker cover under injector"

WHAT is a jubliee clip? Is that the upper 12mm nut that holds in the injector line?

Do these suckers just POP out? My Haynes manual is soaked
in grease and too used. So is my patience...

I've tryed turning them w/a wrench 'cause I thought they
screwed in but they just turn and turn w/no progress.

Any info would be of help.

back to the fray...

TIA
