Could be the pivot ball of the clutch fork, or, something related to the slave cylinder. Get under the car and have an assistant operate the pedal to see if you can better determine whats causing it.

Clutch and/or throw out bearing.
PS
Peter,
It makes the noise only when the clutch is coming back out. When the plate develops friction on pressure plate and flywheel. It does not make the noise when clutch is down, or all the way up.

Is it making noise only the when clutch pedal is out or in? Could be throw out bearing.

I recently wrote about a chirping noise when I shift. I thought it was from the rear end but now feel it is coming from the clutch. It was replaced 60k ago, I know it is not the bearing, and the clutch doesnt slip at all. Anyone have any ideas. Chad
