Cam followers-you will need one assistant for this. Use 3 small vicegrips placed on the rocker arms and have the asst pull the rocker arms over the cams. Some turning/jiggling/manipulating of the camshaft is necessary. Much patience is required. If you don't smoke or drink now, this is a good time to start. :) Once the camshaft is in place, you'll feel good, just don't have any small children around while you're working. My father-in-law and auto-illiterate wife did this, so it is not difficult, just time-consuming until you get used to it. Good luck.
